    Currently leading UX strategy for the Nordstrom Media Network (NMN) and brand storefronts by designing rich storytelling experiences across the customer shopping journey.

    Past work also includes designing styling experiences and personalized shopping profiles.

    UX Designer II

    Led UX strategy for customers’ post-purchase journey by creating self-service order resolution and account dashboard experiences.

    I also redesigned the Alterations app to increase employee satisfaction and productivity.
